Counting down to the time that I move into my new house.... apparently another 17 more weeks if there were no hiccups. Now that the time is getting closer, I'm actually not feeling that overjoyed. Mum and dad had their 3rd weekend together without the boys and Sooty and I thought, "Great! Now some time for just the four of us to have some bonding time together". Maybe we could do something together as a family but oh no... that didn't go as plan. Dad and mum spent the entire weekend away from us. Mum chatted excitedly to us after she came home but I was disinterested. The people are so excited about the new move but it means we're spending less quality time together. I hope they make it up to us with lots of yum yum....

This is how they spent their "boring" weekend. Both days were spent shopping... comparing prices of different stuff for the new house. They had to run up and down a few places but mum says it's all worth it. I overheard their conversation and the following is their achievement for the weekend:

1. An airconditioner
2. A new strong vacumn cleaner that's specially catered to suck pet hair out of the carpet
3. A DVD/VCR player (because daddy still loves his VCR)
4. A 7 piece dining setting

I heard that costs a burnt in their pockets but it's all worth it in the end. There're lots more things that mum and dad needs to buy for the new house but that will have to wait because it's the weekend with the boys. Keke...

P.S/ Mum and dad went shopping for a new mattress too and they got all mushy trying out the new comfy ones. Dad said that it makes him feel like he's sleeping on clouds but the mattress are pretty expensive. Around $2- $3k.... I hope if they get one, I will get to sleep on it all day long... *Dreaming*
